Primary Skills (must have technical skills)	·     2-12 years of hands-on experience, with minimum 5 years in product development environment. Strong technical skills on Microsoft Windows platform, C++ and C#.NET should have grown through the ranks as programmer, tech lead Should have managed product engineering teams. Exposure to full PDLC/SDLC essential. Should have used agile development methodologies like Scrum. Experience in solutions architecture and system integration. ·         Experience in functional and technical leadership. ·         Will involve People and Project Management.
Roles & Responsibilities	·         Sound understanding of theories and practices in a holistic manner ·         In-depth understanding of how own area integrates within the larger function and awareness of competition and market ·         Take overall responsibility of a product (Development, Quality Assurance, Support) ·         Responsible for capability development and training plans for the team members ·         Report status and prepare short term/long term planning ·         Resolve product and project related issues at higher levels ·         Take care of hardware and other resource management ·         Responsible for people management, capacity planning ·         Conduct Project plan review, milestone tracking, risk management ·         Facilitate/Monitor review of the functional/design specification ·         Ensure process adherence and process improvements in the development cycle ·         Responsible for team building and motivation of the team for technical excellence and growth ·         Take judgment based on advanced analytical thoughts
