Ability to identify, engage and network with passive candidates
Screen, source, and interview qualified candidates
Execute full-cycle recruitment strategy including job advertising in the marketplace, candidate relationship management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management with speed and efficiency
Assist in creating intern program
Track metrics on all recruitment activities through our ATS
Ability to identify candidates that are a fit for both position and culture
Understand departments needs and objectives and translate those into different skills and specific sourcing, recruiting and talent strategies.
What we need you to know:
You will play a dynamic role in the entire operational fabric. Things we are looking for in a candidate include
Bachelor's Degree
2-3 years experience in recruiting
Experience managing up to 20 reps simultaneously withworkflow tracking in an automated technology
Experience recruiting for developers (.NET, Python) and data scientists
2-3 years experience in recruiting
Experience in a start-up or aggressively growing environment
Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to initiate, manage and close conversation in dynamic environment
Excellent communication skills as you’ll becommunicating with teams/people across the globe.
Tech savvy and comfortable with computer, MS Office etc suites and networking technologies
Super multitasking and effective time & resource management
