IBM interview Experience of one candidate...


Cleared all the rounds in IBM. Thank you for your help.
Those who do not have the call letter, please remember that the preference will be given to those who have the call letter (direct from IBM, not the forwarded one). You will get yoir chance but you may have to wait.
Reach at 9 am. It doesnt matter that its written 10:30am. Cause of large crowd, registration will start early.
1st Round (Written)
Basic Maths question. Prepare from indiabix.com and m4maths.com.Questions are moderate. Percentage, ratio, speed, time etc.
2nd Round (Communication Assessment)
They will see how well you can communicate with them. It doesnt matter if you are not fluent in english. If you can communicate well in basic english. You are in. Questions can be different. I was asked to explain best qualities abour myself. While others were asked from their resume
3rd Round(Technical/ HR)
In this they are asking from your resume. Guys from different branches, prepare well for the question "Why are you changing your branch?"
Few questions which was asked from everyone
1. Why IBM?
2. If today you get offer letter from IBM and tomorrow a highly reputed company give you an offer letter with 2 times salary package. Whom will you choose?
Key to crack the interview is be confident and be calm.
PS: -
1. Results can will be announced on same day but a little time may be taken.
2. Depending on crowd, rounds can be held on same day or next day
3. Keep photocopies of your qualifications from 10th - 12th with yourself.
4. ID proof and CV/Resume - have AT LEAST 2 copies of each
5. Dont forget breakfast. Also it will help if you carry water and something to eat
6. 2015 pass out/ person who is pursuing their highest qualification, kindly note that this drive is only for those who have completed their highest qualification in 2012/2013/2014.
7. I asked them about further mails from them. They said Within 45 days they will contact us.
