Job summary: Generating the revenue by advising
clients to join /subscribe to our Commodity/Forex
Products.
Key Responsibilities: (to be carried out from our
office over Company Phones)
a) Understand the prospect and his/her
requirements.
b) Acquire new clients on the lead given via
telephonic communication only.
c) Promote and explain our services and their
features to clients based on his/her requirements
over the Phone.
d) Will be responsible to develop business,
maximize revenue generation & achieve sales
targets as assigned by the organization on a
monthly basis.
e) Will be responsible for primarily selling
Commodity/Forex based investment products.
f) Convince the customer on our services and help
him make the payments, enhancing and upgrading
the client relationships.
g) Responsible for new client acquisition, building
new relationships and increasing depth in existing
relationships with clients.
h) Understands clients risk profile and maximizes
the risk vs. reward balance for individual clients by
optimizing product mix.
i) Comply with KYC/SEBI rules, regulations, and
legislation governing the financial services
industry.
j) Provide regular updates to the immediate
superior as an when required.
k) Grow relationship with existing clients and
attend to their queries.
Note: This is not a field sales. One need to be in
the office from 9am to 6pm and work using PC &
Phones.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Education: UG - Any engineering, Any degree, Any
Management, BBA,BBM, Btech/BE.
OR
PG - Any engineering, Any Management, Mtech,
MBA
Experience: 0-4 years
Special Skills:
a) Strong communication and Effective convincing/
negotiation skills
b) Languages skills - Hindi and English (Both
Mandatory) + Regional Language Preferred.
